About us

BMR Business Solutions is young and aggressively growing small business in Orange, CA.

We just had a huge commission increase and are working to finalize a new contract in preparation for expanding to new locations. We are searching for someone who is extremely competitive and performance motivated so they can pilot our accelerated training program. Previous experience in telecom sales with wifi and mobility is a big plus.

As a Retail Sales Expert will be responsible for introducing in store promotions and educating customers on new technology, services, and product features.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet and talk with customers; identify their needs and provide solutions.
• Drive sales through building rapport and honest recommendations.
• Share product knowledge, service features and benefits.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment.
• Close sales and upsell when appropriate; meet daily/weekly sales objectives.
• Help increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Build strong relationships with customers, store managers, and market directors.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills, bilingual in Spanish highly encouraged
• Excellent student mentality
• Capable of engaging customers quickly and effectively
• Must be 18 or older
