National Sales Executive

Restaurant Technologies is a growing and we are currently seeking a National Sales Executive to join our energetic and innovative team. To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience selling and dealing with the Non-Commercial Market Segments that are serviced via strategic Food Service Provider (FSP) Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) partners. You will have the opportunity to join our sales team and make an impact quickly, have direct exposure to key leaders in the organization and contribute to the growth and expansion of the company.

Though a remote position, you will need to live in any major city in the Southeastern US; either Florida, the Carolina’s, or Georgia.

Responsibilities:

  • You will prospect, propose, negotiate & close within a short sales cycle while focusing on the Non-Commercial Market segments of Higher Education, Leisure & Entertainment and Business & Industrial.
  • Manage the entire sales process for value added oil management programs by focusing on key segments serviced by FSP providers.
  • Establish relationships at multiple levels within corporate organizations - including operations, engineering, purchasing, and executive and leadership teams
  • Create and make sales presentations to key stakeholders, influencers and decision makers as identified within the selling process.
  • Manage sales materials, presentations, and demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively cover the assigned territory.
  • Accountable to accurately forecast new business both monthly and quarterly.
  • You will document daily activities and sales processes in customer relations management (CRM) software.
  • Participate in strategic planning– ability to develop and execute strategies to meet company objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience – a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; prior experience selling to regional and / or national accounts, competencies in selling value add items.
  • Proven experience with extensive cold calling and strategic selling experience.
  • Ability to set and achieve challenging goals; demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence.
  • Travel requirements: (50 %+); including weekends for occasional tradeshows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with a focus in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Effective organizational planning, communication, and superior time management.
  • Synthesizes complex or diverse information, collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to have C-level business conversations
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with familiarity with online technologies and CRM software; Salesforce.com preferred.
