REASON FOR THE POSITION
As part of the commercial strategy, two essential missions fall within the scope of KAM's responsibilities:
- Mission of development of the existing market
- Mission of prospecting and development of new customers and/or markets
The Key Account Manager analyses market, defines and implements action plan in order to secure and develop business in her/his area of responsibilities, establishes offers, and leads negotiations through to conclusion. Is the interface between the client and internal services. Coordinates projects and ensure their progress.
Nota: Depending on the KAM and the complexity of its scope, is in charge of one of the two missions or both at the same time - These missions can evolve according to the priorities of the company and the specificities of the market.

1. Provide commercial direction for all existing and future business and/or new technologies
2. Carry out the actions as defined in the strategic action plan: prospecting, market studies, commercial targeting, promotion of products or technologies, creation of sales material (PPT, brochures…)
3. Create and maintain external business networks (professional communities, active social media, …)
4. Anticipates market demands
5. Gathers strategic information concerning the customer or the competition
1. Handles consultations from customers: analyzes requests, monitors and coordinates price / product studies (feasibility / profitability)
2. Responsible for new business pursuit, actively chasing RFQ, and win business.
3. Negotiate and review long-term contracts, including annual capacity, related design and / or process changes, new products, etc.), warranty terms and conditions, standard prices, and reduce business risk
4. Collects and processes information on commercial prices, productivity, tooling and equipment, logistics regulations, quality requirements, social responsibility requirements and other information, and timely and accurately transmit them to the customer and relevant personnel of the internal. Ensures the adequacy of technical and economic offers to market conditions
5. Establishes and presents the series and prototype price offer files to the customers, ensuring the consistency of the offers
6. Establish and manage prototype sales contracts for relevant programs
7. Facilitate and attend customers meetings, trials and products builds
8. Manage account receivables issues by close coordination with customers and Flexitech teams
9. Develop and secure productivity offers and specific sales contracts
10.Ensures the reporting of its activity to its hierarchy
1. Ensures the good progress of projects in collaboration with the Product Development department and other internal departments - Ensures project follow-up in the region, inquiry sheet. quotation, project nomination follow-up and update,
2. Actively participate in reviews initiated by project managers in order to guarantee customer response times
3. Develop and maintain annual budget forecasting per customers and prospects - Responsible for sales forecast management, share management and annual turnover negotiation, update the sales price in ERP system, follow up accounts receivable and overdue issues
4. Achieve program and departmental budget targets
5. Monitor and pass on the evolution of costs -
1. Receives customers visiting Flexitech establishments, and regularly visits the Purchasing / Engineering / etc ... departments of customers
2. Carries out the actions necessary for customer satisfaction
3. Cooperate with all departments in the company to deal with customer related daily business, such as logistics, quality complaints, etc., to provide customers with satisfactory service

Ø Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering is preferred;
Ø 5 years experience
Ø Must have good logical analysis ability and negotiation ability;
Ø Mature, initiative and self-motivation;
Ø Must have good professional quality;
Ø Be willing to take full responsibility facing to customers;
Ø Strong communication capability;
Ø Work independent;
Ø Excellent oral and written communication and leadership skills;
