As part of the Avenu team, your job will be to represent the brand and provide a personal and unforgettable in-store experience. Get ready to learn the ins and outs of how to run a successful boutique, participate in buying and merchandising & help plan in-store and offsite events. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Customer Experience:

• Maintain a friendly, helpful and authentic shopping environment
• Build and cultivate client relationships
• Keep a high level of customer service and product knowledge

Merchandising/Visuals:

• Be an expert of current fashion trends in the industry and our brand
• Support merchandising strategy and assist with merchandise curation
• Ensure store reflects Avenu branding and standards at all times

Social Media:

• Take photos for instagram & other social media (@shopavenu)
• Come up with creative ways to use social media to generate sales
• Participate in influencer outreach and blogger collaborations

Operations:

• Ensure store presentation and organization
• Evaluate customer trends, listen to client feedback and communicate potential changes
• Help plan fun shopping events and promotions

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 1+ years related retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A dedication to making people happy and consistently elevating the customer experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Willing to work weekends & holidays when needed
• Must be motivated & a team player
