Regional Insurance Broker handling mid-to-large accounts is seeking a Sr. Account Manager/ Junior Account Executive to join our Construction team. Your role will collaborate with Senior Account Executives to provide professional, white glove customer service and support to clients and producers in assisting the maintenance and growth of assigned and prospective accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to client requests and questions regarding their insurance program
• Utilize agency management system to document activities and pend open items for follow up
• Assist Account Executive in Renewal and New Business Marketing
• Prepare renewal certificates, Auto IDs, invoices
• Renewal and New Business Processing including Acord Applications
• Assist Claims and Surety Bond processing
• Maintain strong company relationships with underwriters
• Maintain a professional demeanor to support a positive public image.
• Review and fulfillment of downstate construction contract insurance requirements

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum service/general agency/company experience
• Knowledge of TAM Applied Systems or similar
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• New York P&C License

Other skills Preferred:

• Claims handling
• Surety bonds, notary
• IT proficient to assist office function

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
