Now Hiring - Hot Tub Sales and Customer Service Associate Both Retail Stores in Battle Creek, MI

This position is in both stores: Schoolcraft and Battle Creek. You will be asked to be flexible with the schedule and training is in Schoolcraft.

Our Hot Tub Sales company is growing and we're excited to have you on our team! We are a retail store who sells high-end hot tubs and associated supplies. We work closely with our customers to assist them with the maintenance of their hot tubs. This is an opportunity to join a long-standing, successful company with growth potential. The Sales Associate will be responsible for their book of business (hourly plus commission on hot tub sales) as well as answering phones, scheduling with the service teams and assisting customers in the store with their hot tub chemicals and supplies. Our requirements: professional style with great customer service skills and who is a self-motivated, honest, flexible team player with strong computer skills. Retail sales experience required. We need someone who is willing to learn new skills and has a friendly, positive attitude and wants a long-term sales position (you sell the dream, the service team delivers it!) with the opportunity for a leadership position. You must be able to lift 25-50 pounds as well as work our normal operating hours. We are open year-round: Tuesday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. in the Battle Creek store and Saturday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.- in our Schoolcraft store. Closed Sundays and Mondays and most major Holidays. You will need to work in the Schoolcraft store on Saturdays and you may be asked to travel to that store from time to time to work there.

Pay is based upon experience and health insurance and other benefits after a waiting period are available.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
