YOUR ROLE
- The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for creating and executing plans to exceed customer and company goals.
- The Senior Key Account Manager and key account team are responsible for all new product launch execution planning, promotional planning, merchandising, customer specific marketing and customer/promotional analysis.
- A successful team member will set the example for outstanding customer relationships, execution plans, and growth targets.
- The Key Account Management team will facilitate successful teamwork and communication between all internal departments, including product development, business intelligence, supply chain and field sales.
- Work with the Key Account Management team to develop channel-specific sales plans that meet or exceed growth targets.
- Accurately communicate all new item setup information to business intelligence and customer contacts.
- Act as a leader on the Key Account team as well as within Kenra Professional cross functionally
- Partner with brand managers to ensure marketing & innovation plans meet the needs of the consumer and will lead to a successful sell-in and sell-through.
- Sales data and promotional analysis to ensure profitability and identify trends.
- Ensure in-store merchandising planning and execution improves brand shop ability and new product launch success.
- Ensure team is under budget, including discounts, merchandising, advertising, sampling, and promotional budgets.
- Execute key customer meetings, including slide preparation and presentation of key objectives.
- Build strong relationships and manage customer expectations.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Graduate degree with a concentration on Marketing, Sales, Merchandising or a similar field.
- 5+ years of marketing/sales experience (beauty industry preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous leadership role and team player mindset
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience with data analysis and presentation of data findings.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented.
The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
