Full description of the position

• Responsible for Costing all cables for the purpose of quotations, bids, and Bill of Materials (BOM’s)
• Create Quotes in Rubicon
• Submitting bid proposals
• Inventory management
• Project tracking by tracking progress of assigned projects, ensuring material is ready and delivered on timely manner. Provide required documents to customers (packing lists, test reports, delivery schedule, etc…)
• Maintain and reconciling inventory for production.
• Approving vendor invoices
• Create PO's to vendors to purchase raw materials or cable accessories for factory or clients
• Put all Price Requests/Project Bids on Calendar for Procurement Group
• Enter SO in Rubicon- WTEC for project and Enter PO to Gulf Cable in WTEC Rubicon, & Enter SO in Rubicon - Gulf Cable
• Submit Logistics Forms for Orders that we are handling transport
• Perform Intercompany transactions

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of Supply chain or Business management
• 3-5 years project management experience in manufacturing
• Excellent excel skills
• Inventory management experience preferred
• Purchasing experience preferred
• Good communication skills
