Duties & Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:

• Consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you.
• Diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and design the best solution for them.
• Draft proposals for each homeowner which includes photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and additional trainings in San Antonio as needed.

Position Requirements:

• The ability to engage with customers, and problem solve
• Willingness to travel to customer's homes as scheduled
• Strong listening, and consulting skills
• Ability to enter a crawlspace
• Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company
• Skill in operating computer software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
