Job Shift:

9am - 6 pm with 1 hour lunch break

Benefit:

Main job duties:

1. Provide insurance quotes to customers

2. Our company carries a variety of insurances, auto & home insurance, commercial insurance, medical insurance & etc.. We are well known as elite commercial insurance agency in the community. Candidates will have access to large commercial leads.

3. Help customers improve various insurance changes and service content

4. Assist the company to complete various networking events & exhibitions

Work requirements:

1. Preferred candidates with insurance license

2. Preferred candidates with experience in the insurance industry

3. Bilingual required (English + another language)

4. Coachable and open to feedback both positive and constructive

5. Problem-Solving Capabilities

6. Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

7. Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

8. Have the drive to be successful and improve skills / Goal Oriented

Salary and benefits:

1. Hourly Plus Enhanced New Business commissions

2. Monthly performance bonus + annual bonus

3. Candidates with insurance experience can match the previous basic salary or provide a higher offer
