Now Hiring - Inside Sales Support Specialist in South Bend, IN

Position Objective

Provide exceptional customer support to our current customer base while generating new sales opportunities through incoming leads & outbound calls & emails. Your focus will be on aftermarket sales to assist our outside sales force & other departments.

This is an office position located at our corporate headquarters in South Bend, Indiana. You will be a part of our Call Center Team in the heart of our customer interaction. You will work alongside all departments & all branches over Indiana, Michigan & Florida.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide quotes on aftermarket supplies & services
• Prepare & process supply sales orders
• Assist in placing service calls
• Be knowledgeable of our aftermarket supplies & company products
• Help with incoming customer’s questions & inquiries
• Update customer data
• Maintain & manage current customer base
• Focus on growing via inside sales
• Make outgoing phone calls & emails to communicate with customers
• Help us manage & create successful customer experience
• Meet monthly sales goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong Microsoft Office & computer skills recommended
• Sales & customer service experience recommended and/or motivation to learn
• Organizational & time management skills required
• Ability to work on a team as well as individually
• Strong work ethics with a growth mentality
• Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take on tasks in a fast-paced environment & problem solve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
