Now Hiring - Retail Sales Full Time Sales Associate in Little Rock, AR

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide face to face assistance to customers through the buying process to include merchandise selection, payment and finance options and pick up and delivering
• Make telephone calls to existing and potential customers
• Ability to assist with merchandising and store product set-up
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of Appliance store and customer carry-outsAssist customers in determining products which best meets their needs utilizing product knowledge.

Job type: full time

Business hour:10am-7pm (Can require one day OFF from Mon-Thu)

Pay: $3500/Monthly Base Pay + Commission 3%-5%

Language: English

Training pay by hours

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Must be able to navigate computers/tablets
• Passionate with the customers
• Proficient in social media, can publish advertisements and reply online in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of major appliance sales experience
• Spanish and English bilingual candidates are preferred
