SUMMARY:
Acts as a partner to the business unit Vice President of Sales and other leadership individuals, lead all activities related to the Accessories MRO sales, marketing, and customer service functions, including:

Acts as a partner to the business unit Vice President of Sales and other leadership individuals, lead all activities related to the Accessories MRO sales, marketing, and customer service functions, including:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing a global and channel coverage strategy
- Owning the overall sales strategic planning process for Accessories MRO
- Develop and measure the sales pipeline opportunities and provide direction on the allocation of the sales force (including agents) and other resources to execute on sales opportunities
- Establish, maintain and develop business relationships with customers and potential customers. Proactively establish relationships at higher levels of key accounts to identify needs and ensure rapid resolution of issues when they occur.
- Attend industry trade shows, sales meetings, marketing workshops and other special events as required. Host and coordinate customer visits.
- Keep abreast of products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years of relevant/technical work experience OR
- An additional 3 years specific work experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Knowledge of aircraft and engine components
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling applications
- Masters degree
- 10+ years of experience in MRO sales, specifically components, working on a team in a senior level role.
