BRNO Cabinetry is currently seeking to hire a Wholesale Kitchen/Bath Cabinets Sales Designer to join our growing team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing retail & builder clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate, & design kitchen & bath projects.
• Interpret sketches, blueprints, and construction specifications.
• Pitch clients on the sales floor and speak to products fluidly.
• Conduct consultation, provide design revisions in a timely manner.
• Follow up on estimates and reach adequate closing rates.
• Call on existing and potential clients.
• Develop a strategic marketing strategy to grow your book of business.

Qualifications:

• 20/20 design experience.
• A general knowledge of construction and remodeling.
• Experience in customer service.
• A commitment to sales and closing techniques.
• An ability and willingness to build a rapport with customers.
