Full description of the position

CHS operates 77 acute-care hospitals and more than 1,000 other sites of care, including physician practices, urgent care centers, freestanding emergency departments, occupational medicine clinics, imaging centers, cancer centers and ambulatory surgery centers.

Summary:

The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for managing a change agent network to support site preparedness, readiness, and adoption efforts within our hospitals and health systems surrounding the ERP implementation. This role will help to identify super users across the organization and coordinate the activities of these super users regarding training, engagement, and other necessary adoption efforts. This position will also be a change management champion for the stakeholders, regarding the ERP implementation, and be a conduit for communication from those impacted by the project. This position will report to the Senior Director of Change Management and will be an integral part of the larger ERP implementation team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Director of Change Management, as well as the VP of ERP, and the functional team leaders on the project
  • Work closely with both Corporate and facility resources and leadership to identify super users, develop communication and action plans, and drive engagement of the ERP adoption
  • Develop effective working relationships with the full business transformation and ERP implementation project team
  • Work closely to communicate effectively with all employees and external customers in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with high expectations

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in healthcare and/or project management required.
  • Computer Skills Required: Strong Microsoft Office & Google Suite required, Cloud ERP preferred
