We are currently looking to fill the following position:
 Design Specialist - HVAC Sales

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 HVAC service sales experience in residential industry: Heating, Air Conditioning and Indoor Air Quality
 Established Trade Experience in HVAC
 Outside sales experience in a mechanical trade; sales skills, quotes, proposals, retention
rates, lead tracking, follow-up with contacts.
 Excellent communication skills: verbal & written for sales, addressing technical issues,
ability to de-escalate problematic matters
 Experience in contract negotiation, Bids & Quotes
 Comply with all policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks.
 Job Walks, Sales Meetings and Networking
 Must pre-employment drug screen.
 Must have clean driving record.
 Must have reliable transportation to and from main office.
 Must pass background check.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Detail oriented – attention to details and customer needs.
 Friendly and professional – able to deal with customers needs when they are on-site.
 Team player – ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work done.
 Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being
instructed to do so.
 Desire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities
 Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.
Education, Certifications and/or Experience
 High School Diploma required.
 HVAC certification or equivalent experience a plus
Language Skills
 Ability to communicate and relay information between the team and management is essential to our success.
 Bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
