Full description of the position

We are looking for an energetic professional interested in being part of a team atmosphere and to help grow the business along with providing the exceptional customer service we are known for.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.

Establish new sales and customer relationships follow up with customers as needed including claims follow up calls and rounding out accounts of existing clients.

Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.

Answer inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claims and billing for multiple companies.

Job requirements:

Insurance: 1 year experience preferred and New York State Property and Casualty license a must

Possess an upbeat and positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and take responsibility. Possibility of becoming office manager if desired.

Able to multi-task.

Professional in the office and on the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
