Prosecutive Landscaping is searching for a Landscape Designer and sales with a keen eye for detail and excellent negotiation skills to join our growing team.

This positions responsibilities will include drawing up plans using Bluebeam, CAD software, site surveyance, client liaison, writing and analyzing reports, drawing up contracts, and working collaboratively with other architects, planners, and engineers. You should be comfortable working in the office or on-site.

• Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures
• Select appropriate landscaping materials
• Creating rough drawings and more sophisticated plans with computer-aided design (CAD) programs.
• Analyzing complex environmental reports and using the knowledge gained in designs/plans.
• Coordinated site furnishings with manufacturing representatives and prepared cost estimates.
• Providing recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.
• Drawing up reports and contracts.
• Writing proposals and presenting them to clients.
• Liaising with property managers, project managers, owner reps.
• Seek new work through marketing activities or by giving presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
