We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our team. The store specializes in our line of handmade jewelry as well as crystal and glass barware depicting the unique variety of landscape and animals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, with a focus on customer service, sales growth, and team development. Jewelry and Gem knowledge helpful but not necessary. Computer literate, good math skills necessary. The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. Must be fluent in English both written and spoken and able to take detailed phone messages and orders.

Responsibilities:

• Managing, scheduling, and motivating retail staff.
• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Ensure store compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Train and coach employees on customer service techniques.
• Develop promotional campaigns via social media to enhance sales
• Dress attire "Business casual" and cleanliness necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,395.82 - $55,000.00 per year
