Description:

The Sales & Service Coordinator role is our point person between the Sales team and our customers. Establishing delivery and install dates, we are also looking for skilled service experience in residential window and doors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining the delivery schedule – ensuring all changes, updates and adjustments have been captured and input (including new jobs, re-work and service/repairs)
• Entering quotes, meeting with customers in the showroom
• Updating/tracking the receipt and usage of materials to ensure the inventory system is up to date and accurate
• Loading and unloading product on our storage dock, heavy work
• Coordinating with Sales, Vender Suppliers, Site and Delivery teams to establish and communicate delivery dates to all stakeholders in a timely fashion
• Responding to customer requests for information related to scheduling and delivery dates
• Providing hands on service calls for established window and door customers

Required:

• Reliable transportation
• Window and door installation and service
• proficiency - MS Office including Excel & Outlook

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a sales or sales support role
• building and/or residential construction experience
• post-secondary diploma or degree in business or a similar field of study – preferred

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Service oriented and team player
• Ability to manage a fast-paced position with large quantities of administrative tasks

Out of our Brentwood Showroom (just south of the Galleria), Kirkwood Home Gallery provides full-service window and door sales. We provide professional support should any issues or concerns arise during or after installation. We will train qualified candidates in service technician skills if required.
