Brenner Car Credit of Williamsport, PA ( Spanish-English Bilingual Opportunities! ) is currently seeking Automotive Sales Associate to join our team! We offer a competitive base pay combined with an aggressive commission plan and great benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities: ( This is not a remote position)

· Utilize company CRM and personal sphere of influence to cultivate leads and customers.

· Schedule in-person appointments and obtain materials for the financial application process.

· Explain our purchasing program and highlight its benefits for our customers.

· Meet assigned monthly vehicle sales goals.

· Adhere to company best practices in both sales and sales activity.

· Provide information to sell a variety of additional products based on customer needs.

· Offer professional customer service during and after the sale.

Qualifications:

Persuasive, personable and consumer-focused.

Excellent communication skills. Desire and drive to meet assigned sales goals.

General understanding of Microsoft Office.

Desire to make uncapped pay based on performance.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record

At least one year of Sales and customer Service experience

Travel:

This position may require some travel.
