Sales/Inventory Specialist in Westbrook, ME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will oversee and be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ordering for whole goods and attachments, and maintenance of company assets, vehicle fleet and purging aged inventory as needed.
Travel will be required between the assigned locations, corporate offices and to other events, as needed. This position will work regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work demands may require flexibility in schedule with a start time before 8:00 a.m. and an end time of later than 5:00.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE:
- Responsible for whole goods and attachments:
- Order for stock including issuing purchase orders alongside General
Managers (GM) and Vice President
- Maintain organization for all forward orders
- Provide monthly utilization and aged reports to GMs and senior management
- Maintain sales attachment levels so inventory does not age out
- Responsible for aged attachment inventory and alleviate responsibility of non-moving items
- Find vendors to purchase aged inventory
- Assistance in developing company ordering policies as needed
- Ensuring correct payment terms and acknowledgements in created files for all ordered goods, communicating with Accounting team as needed
- Oversee and maintain fixed assets, performing a yearly review for each branch
- Lead semi-annual attachment audits at all branches
- Attend required company meetings and trainings
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Follow all policies and procedures as specified in Employee handbook

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
