The company also offers innovative services to manufacturers in New England including bearing re-lubrication, engineering solutions, custom control systems, and electro-mechanical assembly at 7 locations in CT, MA, ME, NH, RI and VT.

We have an immediate full-time opening for an Inside Sales professional in our Williston, VT location. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, progressive industrial distribution company. The right candidate would be someone eager to learn and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in applying power transmission components to solve industrial applications, including speed reducers, brakes, pulleys, sprockets, gearing and electric motors
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21or similar distribution software preferred, but not required
• 2-5 years of experience in the industrial distribution industry or an allied industry a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries at the sales counter, by phone and by email
• Process customer orders, check availability of stock, shipping dates, quote pricing, fill orders to customer specifications
• Apply mechanical principles to address customer needs
• Provide solutions and recommend new and better products
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Process Shipping and Receiving in Warehouse

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
