Our part-time Design Associate role (3, 8-hour days/wknds) offers an amazing way to balance your current life's work with a fulfilling part time career. As a member of the design team, you will use technology, tools and resources in innovative ways to create a rich and engaging experience in helping our customers create homes and spaces they love.

Job location: Paramus Design Center 776 NJ-17, Paramus, NJ 07652 | Store Hours: Monday - Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Work Schedule for our part-time Design / Sales Associates:
You will work a total of 24 hours/week with a set schedule of Fridays and Saturdays (no Sundays; Bergen County Blue Law), plus one weekday. We build the schedule for an entire month and release it a couple of weeks prior to the start of the month, so you can easily plan/schedule your other life's work/priorities.

Desired experience & qualifications for our Design / Sales Associate role:
In addition to the attributes for success captured in our Design Associate Profile , you're design savvy with a minimum of 2 years of sales-related experience within a fast-paced retail or customer service environment.

Salary: $36000 - $38000.00 / year ($28.85 / - $30.45 / hr.)
