Full description of the position

We are seeking a Global Cosmetic Packaging Development Specialist to help execute innovative projects involving custom-designed packaging. You will serve clients to bring them the best cosmetics packaging while meeting their budgets and demands for new launches. The role will also require acquired knowledge in plastic injection molding, the rest of the development process, and turnkey formulations. Some other aspects of the role include:

-Implementing negotiation skills to achieve the reduced price on materials

-Analyzing trends and competition through various elements of research

-Building up product/service awareness

-Creating, maintaining and coordinating production schedules

-Communicating with overseas factories and HQ

-Bringing new products to market by executing marketing initiatives on a global basis ranging from sales, product development to marketing

-Bilingual: Must speak/read/write English and Korean fluently

-Passion for the beauty, cosmetic, fragrance, personal care and skincare industries

-3 years + relevant professional work experience

-Highly motivated to network and meet new people in the beauty industry

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Proficiency in various social media outlets including FB, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram
