Outside Sales Representative

Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry.

Forge Industrial Staffing in Elkhart is currently seeking a Staffing Consultant for a direct hire opening with our growing staffing company. The ideal candidate must have boundless enthusiasm, a dynamic personality, an unquenchable work ethic, a competitive nature, a professional image, and a desire for above-average financial achievement.

Requirements of Outside Sales Rep

• Sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively without detailed day-to-day direction.
• Highly organized and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and clients.
• Minimum Associate's degree preferred.

• Base Salary from $65,000.00 per year with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities of Outside Sales Rep

• Monday-Friday, Day Shift with occasional weekend as needed.
• Increase staffing total sales dollars and gross profit through focused sales strategies.
• Visit customers and use the opportunity to build relationships.
• Fully understand customer expectations, prepare proposals, and reach agreements.
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Elkhart, IN 46514 before starting work.
