Remote-Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager - Stockton, CA

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and trusted insurance company in Walnut Creek, CA. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for understanding the client’s needs and overseeing the company’s products and services. We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager with high-energy, who is team-oriented, people-friendly, and professional.

Job Qualifications:

• Experienced - You have 7-10+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
• Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license
• Educated - You have a college degree (required)
• Software - You are proficient with AppliedEpic, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
• Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
• Book of Business - You have experience with mid-to-large size commercial real estate, food & beverage, manufacturing and construction accounts

Your Responsibilities

• Requests for information and documentation
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
• Ability to effectively assess risk
• Ability to function in a team environment
• Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
• Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
