This is an inbound sales job! We help students enroll into programs that reduce their payments, consolidate their accounts, and offer loan forgiveness.

We have over 50 employees taking unlimited inbound calls, closing deals, and making big commission checks! We are looking to hire an additional 10 sales rep for a new sales department that we are building out.

We need agents who are great at communicating, educating over the phone, and able to close deals! If you are self motivated and confident speaking to clients over the phone, then we would like to set up an interview.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Sales
• Knowledge of Debt Pay Pro is NOT required but is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-based environment
• Customer Care Focused
• Excellent Typing, Reading, and Speaking Skills
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Punctuality and Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to meet Sales Benchmarks and Deadlines

Additional Compensation:

• Commission
• Daily Spiffs
• Monthly Spiffs

Income will vary based on performance. No one makes less than $5,000 a month. Top reps are making $10,000 to $17,000 a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
