Location: Utah and New Mexico territory
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE + Bonus Potential + Benefits

Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CT

Insurance Account Manager (Remote; Commercial or Casualty Exp. Req.) Description

Our client in the insurance industry is looking for an Insurance Account Manager to add to their team for their Utah and New Mexico territory. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing agency relationships, including setting and monitoring goals, communicating consistently, and delivering superior levels of service. To be successful in this role, you must be familiar with insurance terminology and policy issuance within commercial property and casualty lines of business. While a driver’s license is required, an agent’s license or AU, CPCU, CIC, CISR, or CRM designation is preferrable. Insurance Account Manager (Remote; Commercial or Casualty Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

• Identify new agencies in territory to contact
• Collaborate to determine contracted agency eligibility
• Report findings and meeting results timely and consistently
• Evaluate and maintain contact with agents and underwriters
• Assist agents to help build profitable book of business
• Assist underwriting and brokers as needed
• Conduct in person meetings and conference calls with current and potential agency personnel
• Maintain a log of contacts including owners, producers, and support staff
• Discuss your agency plan and call objectives with VP of Marketing prior to agency calls
• Perform special projects as assigned

Insurance Account Manager (Remote; Commercial or Casualty Exp. Req.) Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial property or casualty lines of insurance experience required
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, required
• Ability/willingness to travel locally with company provided vehicle and gas card required
• Driver’s license required
