Full-Time, Monday – Friday 8a-4:30p with flexibility, Onsite or Hybrid

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Qualify and manage leads, build pipelines, coordinate handoffs.
• Represent the company at trade shows/expositions.
• Execute sales campaigns.
• Gather, track, analyze, report, update and maintain data, metrics and customer information in databases/systems.
• Implement surcharges, price adjustments, and indexing for assigned accounts.
• Create and give presentations/reports/forecasts for sales and campaign performance.
• Take and make calls, yes, cold calls too!
• Follow up on customer applications, identify needs and offer our solutions and support.
• Oversee orders from start to finish, maintain contact with customers to ensure a successful sale.
• Partner with all stakeholders to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Storm Emergency Response primary 24-hour contact for assigned accounts.
• Perform physical inventory count when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Associate’s degree in a related field or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
• Customer service, sales, or outbound call center experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with basic math, converting units of measure.
• Familiar with metric and American (or English) Standard systems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position will have to spend long hours sitting, and using office equipment and computers, which may cause muscle strain. This position regularly required to move about or work in varying areas of the facility. Occasional exposure to external and plant elements such as noise, dust, fumes and odors, requires the use of safety equipment to include but is not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats to be worn when entering the plant. Employee will have light exposure to the chemicals and solutions used in treating wood. Regularly required to lift at least 10 lbs., occasionally required to lift 50 lbs. The job may occasionally require overtime.
