At the epicenter of The Heights District neighborhood development project, Armature Works is a mixed-use commercial building consisting of Heights Public Market, multiple event spaces, co-shared workspace as well as multiple waterfront restaurants and bars. Coming soon to Armature Works is “The Shop.” We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at the store.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service according to the Shop guidelines

- Actively work with products by stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising

- Protect inventory and other assets from theft and damage

- Work effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor and cash wrap is well stocked and clean

- Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

- A minimum of a year experience working in a retail environment

- Flexible/adaptable schedule

- Strong leadership and customer management abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.20 - $19.52 per hour
