Employee will be working in a fast paced Property Management and vacation rental office in Incline Village.

This positions starts as a vacation rental assistant and runner. Tasks will include:
- running errands
- vacation rental bookings
- showing properties to potential tenants and guests
- creating vacation packets and media
- taking pictures
- marketing projects
- weekly/daily reports

The position will quickly transition to a Work Order Specialist / Property Manager.
Tasks include:
- organize work orders
- be able to schedule vendors
- communicate with vendors to get work done
- process work order and bills

Applicant must be able to do the following:
- work in an environment with many different speeds
- follow through on multiple tasks
- be detail aware
- be willing to find the answers to questions asked by clients
- must be able to work through check lists
- get property management permit within the first 8 months (reimbursement available) - classes would be considered personal professional development and are taken after hours.

You must have reliable and available transportation. (You will be reimbursed mileage.) Must work weekends. This can be an entry level position but we will consider licensed real estate agents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
