We are a fast-growing, full-service insurance agency located in Winchester, Virginia. While our primary focus is to help the local community we also service multiple states virtually. As a full-service insurance agency, we pride ourselves on putting our clients first and going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure their needs are met.

We are seeking an Insurance Solutions Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a person who is motivated, passionate, and coachable and enjoys having fun while they work. Our work atmosphere is exciting, eventful, and engaging.

Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses

** Life & Health Licensed Preferred but NOT Required ** If not Licensed, candidate must be willing to take insurance licensing exam - we will help you! **

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Educate and enroll clients in plans that suit their needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve policy issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving plans and services

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to consistent change

Skills Needed:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and general computer skills
• Ability to maintain state insurance licenses

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
