Overview:
As a Performance Manager with EasyCare, and APCO Holdings brand, you will generate revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach in the retention of current APCO accounts. Our Performance Managers nurture existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business and securing contracts, and maintaining healthy relationships. Automotive Finance Managers are encouraged to apply, as this role will build upon your skills and knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary account management for smaller dealerships & developing markets
- Work with other Performance Managers to support larger dealerships and dealership groups
- Develop relationships with Finance Managers/Finance Office at dealerships and dealership groups
- Management of $1.5-2M revenue
Developing performance (60%):
- Operate in Finance and Insurance and Sales Department Automotive retail role effectively
- Effectively demonstrate the APCO F&I process
- EasyCare Performance Opportunity Analysis (EasyCare Way)- compiling, preparing, delivering and following through on agreed upon action plan
- Complete knowledge and adherence to dealership and industry compliance, and observance of unique dealership guidelines
- Establish and prepare dealership performance development plans
- Present proposed action plans to executive managers and business owners
- Prepare and conduct One/One "in dealership" training
- Conduct competency testing with dealership personnel
- MotorTrend implementation and training
- Dealership performance monitoring
- Business owner relationship building skills
- Knowledge and effectiveness with all APCO product benefits and assets
New Opportunities (40%):
- Effectively secure referrals and network
- Develop new dealer relationships that are a win-win
- Document required activity in SalesForce
Education and Experience:
- Primary account management for smaller dealerships & developing markets
- Work with other Performance Managers to support larger dealerships and dealership groups
- Develop relationships with Finance Managers/Finance Office at dealerships and dealership groups
- Management of $1.5-2M revenue
- Prior experience or are currently working in automotive finance or Sales training
- Prior experience or are currently working in automotive sales management or automotive finance management
- Prior experience or are currently working in an automotive vendor setting
- Prior experience or are currently working in automotive sales and finance training
- Prior experience or are currently working in automotive advertising or banking
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required

Physical Demands:
