Property Manager (Webster)

Property Manager wanted with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in either single family homes or multi-family management. Must have a current Texas Real Estate license, self-starter is a must and someone that is secure in working with little supervision, must also be computer literate. PropertyWare experience is helpful. Must be able to work and communicate with tenants, owners and contractors. Make ready and maintenance knowledge is helpful. Vacation, paid holidays, retirement plan. No medical insurance benefits available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
