Full description of the position

MISSION: Positively contribute to the Finance Department’s collections efforts to meet or exceed team and company goals. Professionally handle; taking payments, proactively working with past due accounts, and initiating payment arrangements. Become highly proficient in the areas of; insurance claims, customer issue resolution, working through vehicle issues, and underwriting loan applications.

Applicants must have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Comfort and competence with computers and computer systems.

Must lead with empathy and have a desire to help people while treating them with dignity and respect.

Willingness to work hard and succeed with a high performing team environment.
