The Sales rep's job is to connect with people, inspire them, and get them to reach goals. It's important to be friendly, enthusiastic, and understanding. Knowing how to persuade others by linking their needs and goals is key. The job is varied and changes often. Because goals can change fast, the job involves often meeting and building relationships with new groups. Here are the job requirements:

The requirements for the job include:

• 2-3 years demonstrated sales success.
• Hybrid Remote-Travel
• Must be local to Anchorage and State of Alaska
• Pre-set book and clients already in place.
• Long Term Relationship building.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, plan, set goals and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to learn products, specifications, and markets quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in written format, one-on-one meetings and group presentations.
• Construction Experience a plus.
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Must be comfortable cold calling with proven success.
• Must have a reliable and clean car and a good driving record.
• Base salary of 65k plus commissions and residuals.
• Have fun selling playgrounds!!

The ideal candidate will be live locally, be self-driven team player with the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships and handle complex sales with long sales-cycles.

• Base Salary $$65k to 70k plus Commissions on top.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,651.95 - $100,000.00 per year
