Full description of the position

Business Development Representative

Prisma, a leading printing and marketing solutions provider, is seeking an experienced, proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Nashville team.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for finding and screening potential customers who could benefit from Prisma’s print, mail, marketing logistics and fulfillment services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, you must have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. You will receive training to gain comprehensive knowledge of and sell all offered services of Prisma including printing, mail, large format, ad promotion, Prisma Technologies, and other capabilities added. To thrive in this role, you must be an excellent communicator and comfortable selling with a team.

What to Expect

Salary: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site at our Nashville, TN facility

We are looking for a business development professional who can:

· Generate new business opportunities with small- to mid-sized businesses: Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and leveraging various channels to generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.

· Build and maintain client relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Present product/service offerings: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Prisma’s comprehensive printing and marketing solutions to key decision-makers, demonstrating how our services can address their specific business challenges and drive growth.

· Maintain a goal-oriented mindset: Consistently achieve sales quotas and performance metrics in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of relevant work experience, preferably in a business-to-business sales and/or account management role

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to travel (up to 50% of the time) to client sites/events/conferences

· Comprehensive understanding of business and marketing

· Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
