Job Description

The Leasing Coordinator role is to assess the data collection across multiple platforms and introduce practices that will compile and manage this data collection.

The role is the key to managing an increased data load to ensure we are capturing all the vital information in an efficient manner. Additionally, this position will design and generate reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.

The HHF Leasing Coordinator adds consistent value to HHF Team by adapting to various situations with ease and by being flexible. It is important to be personable and approachable to all circumstances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and other team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult resident interactions with grace and dignity
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
