DIRECTOR OF NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

If you are an experienced salesperson who appreciates fine craftsmanship, then we invite you to join our award-winning team of architectural preservation specialists.

RETROPROS specializes in the repair, replication, refinishing, and periodic maintenance of architectural hard surfaces in commercial buildings (both historic and contemporary). We are currently conducting a search for a sales professional to expand the RETROPROS brand and develop new business opportunities in the KC Metro Area. This individual will introduce our services and create client relationships that lead to project sales opportunities. Your target client markets would include designers, general contractors, architects, facility managers, and developers.

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

• New business development and account management experience with Construction and Facility Management in the KC Metro Area
• Experience with utilizing HubSpot CRM Suite (or similar) to manage client relationships and track project sales opportunities

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement that includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package:

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
