Lumipro Lighting is a lighting manufacturer that sells high-quality residential and commercial lighting. We strive to transform all industries into energy-efficient buildings and lower their energy costs. This includes hospitality, retail, wholesale, and any commercial property.

Our organization is hiring a Lighting Consultant who is interested in bringing sustainable and efficient energy solutions to our customers and will also be responsible for project management, analysis, and coordination. The successful candidate for this position is detail-oriented and has a strong customer service-oriented personality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers
• Follow up with existing quotations
• Schedule meetings with prospects over the phone and email
• Cold call and visit potential prospects
• Achieve sales targets
• Create sales material and presentations
• Identify new opportunities and leads

Compensation:

• Competetive base pay + up to $1000 each month in bonuses + $100-$250 per new client
• Expect to earn between $35,000 - $45,000 anually

Training:

During your initial probation period, you will go through multiple training phases at our Doral branch for 2 weeks mandatory:

• New hire orientation
• One-on-one training
• On-the-job training with manager
• Industry training videos

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Experience:

• Lighting/ Electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
• Direct sales: 3 years (Preferred)

• Spanish (Required)
