CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales and Marketing!!

The Regional Marketing and Sales Director is responsible for the development and oversight of long and short- term strategies and tactics relative to brand positioning, promotion, and sales initiatives for assigned facilities with the purpose of achieving and exceeding sales, marketing, and occupancy goals. This position works closely with the Division VP of Sales and Marketing to create collaborative and effective work teams delivering measurable results. The Regional Marketing & Sales Director will have a primary focus of continued census development in the Cleveland and Youngstown markets we are in and they will be supporting the admissions and Liaisons within their assigned portfolio with those goals.
