The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for the daily management of the Follow-Up Sales Channels for the “brand”. The primary duties are following up with clients on active estimates in the Sales Channels for Service Techs and Sales Advisors, updating Service Titan with estimate status updates from the Field Staff, updating CRM portals with information pertinent to business development, scheduling sales appointments when duties are assigned, coordinating and processing Thank You and Promotional cards for the Sales Team, and other various sales support functions as needed. The purpose of the ISR is to provide a single point of contact for management on Follow-Up Sales Channel sales requests, to ensure accurate reporting, timely response to our customer’s needs, to support the Sales/Operations teams, to maintain communications with those teams and to communicate issues and concerns to management. The company expects the ISR to recommend process improvements, set and meet/exceed position goals with management, be self-motivated, and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. The ISR will keep Management informed daily on the estimated follow-up status and input into Service Titan/CRMs. ISR should maintain an acceptable contact rate and close rate on active estimates. The ISR will provide a daily status update to the Leadership so a decision can be made on how to close active opportunities.
ISR will “happy check” all pending assigned estimates not closed at the time of appointment by the next day no later than 2:00 pm. ISR will audit the previous day’s schedule to ensure that all pending service repair estimates have been closed and evaluate if a new estimate is necessary. The ISR will follow all scripts, and follow-up strategies/processes for active estimates, re-hashes, and dead leads. The ISR will accurately document all active estimate status updates and sales in Service Titan within 1 business day from receipt as well as utilize a tracking sheet for conversion, time of contact, method of contact, and notes.
The ISR will provide leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly reports by which to evaluate the performance of the assigned as needed. As requested, the ISR will provide regular, timely, and accurate status reports. The ISR will have other sales and marketing duties as required. ISR will assist all salespeople in the family of TurnPoint brands as directed by leadership. This is an hourly pay position; as such, any overtime hours MUST be approved by leadership before working.
QUALIFICATIONS:

PAY RATE:
$19.00 an hour and a bonus plan of $200.00 for each sale
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma and two years related experience in a Customer Service administrative or coordinating role.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, office and building layouts/blueprints, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong telephone skills, professional interpersonal skills, typing, and filing. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Working knowledge in Service Titan or other project management software is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit up to 90% of their schedule and communicate (talk and hear) with others by telephone. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally lifting objects up to 20 lbs.
