Real Estate Agent

Overview:

REMAX is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our team in College Station, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate who is looking to grow their career in real estate. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or sales preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business or real estate preferred
• Real Estate License or ability to obtain one preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to travel within College Station, TX and surrounding areas when necessary

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients professionally and with integrity by providing exceptional service at all times. Our agents are the face of our company, so we expect great service from our agents. We provide training and guidance on how to represent clients with your skills, as well as on how to handle all aspects of your client’s financial affairs. We want our clients’ financial goals met, so you must be able to guide them through the entire process from start to finish. You will be responsible for all aspects of their buying experience, including working with lenders, brokers, inspectors, contractors, etc. You will also be responsible for working with other agents on tasks such as marketing, social media marketing, copywriting, event planning, etc. You must also provide support during open houses by assisting other agents who are present there.
