Product Support – Manchester, NH

As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide technical support for Schleuniger machines to customers, Sales Reps and internal personnel with the primary objective of ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing sales.

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working in the office at our Manchester, NH location.

Main responsibilities:

• Processes customer wire samples, provides technical reports, and machine recommendations.
• Provides pre and post sales telephone support to customers, representatives and Schleuniger personnel, including machine selection and application review, set-up, programming, and troubleshooting Schleuniger machines.
• Provides product training, both internal and off-site, to customers, representatives, and Schleuniger personnel.
• Provides several services at customer sites for higher level systems, including sales support, equipment maintenance, 3rd party vendor support, installation (Primary) and training (Primary).

What you bring to the table:

• 2 year technical degree and 3 years of related experience required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong Technical aptitude required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Travel required - approximately 25-30%
• Must be Team oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Computer literacy required.
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required
