Property Manager

Overview

Our company is currently hiring for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee day to day aspects of multiple single family and multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, business administration, or real estate. The manager will have experience managing multiple apartments and a proven track record of successfully achieving performance goals. We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded person who enjoys building relationships with people and creating a positive environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.

• Oversee the operations of the property including leasing, maintenance, bookkeeping, and administration.
• Review reports to make sure processes are staying on track.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations including but not limited to licensing, insurance requirements, privacy policies and more.
• Manage all employee relations including training, development,and disciplining.
• Assist in marketing efforts to increase the visibility of the property.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Education

·1-3 years of experience in property management preferred

· Proven success as a business manager or supervisory role with successful outcomes for owners/managers

· Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

• Property management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Texas real estate license (Required)
