In this position you will be required to help perspective customers
through the process of purchasing a new manufactured home. This includes

We are seeking a competitive, high energy and goal-driven new home sales agent who enjoys working in a consultative environment. As a new home sales professional, you will provide a great home buying experience by determining buyers’ needs, helping them find their dream home, and walking them through the home buying process.

The ideal candidate must enjoy creating rapport with customers, building trustworthy relationships and providing excellent service with an attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals
• Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals
• Work with buyers to help them choose the right model, floorplan and finishes
• Negotiate contracts and make sure all disclosures are complete and compliant

Qualifications:

• Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Bilingual is preferred
