The Protg Agency Producer Program provides individuals seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity with access to a 12-month developmental program that will provide an opportunity to become an agent with Farmers. You will work for a mentor Agency Owner and have access to resources that can help you establish skillsets for future excellence, while learning the business and benefiting from a nationally recognized brand. This program does not have a financial asset requirement.
Salary Range: $30000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must have Life & Health Insurance license.
- Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred
