Retail Sales Client Manager in Hillsboro, OR
Our Assistant Client Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing a team of 5+, managing the representation of our clients and their brand, answering questions, conducting on-site training, setting up accounts, and generating sales through product promotion.
The Client Assistant Manager will work directly with both client representatives and customers, and therefore, will be expected to hold a high level of customer service and professionalism. The Client Assistant Manager will attend meetings with the CEO to further knowledge and to strengthen overall personal development.
Client Manager Daily Duties:
- Develop relationships with potential customers through conversation
- Qualify customers and explain the benefits and features of our client's services
- Generate sales and promotions via face to face interaction
- Oversee team of 5+
- Generate Sales Reports and Action Plans
- Meet with the CEO daily to review reports/plans

Duties:
- Greet and direct customers
- Create brand awareness about service promotions and the client
- New customer acquisition and existing customer retention
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities
- Prepare promotional presentations and help distribute marketing materials
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Attend paid training to learn sales techniques and gain new skills
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as directed by the Sales Manager.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- The capability of and desire for professional growth and future advancement within a professional sales environment.
- This is a trainee position. The candidate will initially be trained on the duties of a retail sales trainee and transitioned into a Manager.
- Basic understanding of products and learning how to sell through on the job training.
- Strong self-management capabilities and networking skills, preferably with top Sales Managers and implementing their strategies.
