Senior Director, Sales
Senior Director, Sales for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership to a cross functional team of direct and matrix reporting employees.- Responsible for providing end-to-end oversight of the Hospitality business to drive profitable growth.
- Develop a business strategy, drive business performance, and provide overall cross functional leadership to drive alignment to business strategies.
- Develop marketplace opportunities in the vertical, lead sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals.
- Ensure a safe and engaged workforce and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with regional managers, peers, employees and cross functional teams.
- Actively contribute to overall strategic planning, leveraging investments across all businesses and managing Honeywell's overall market positioning.
- Refine the Strategic Plan for the vertical/business to clearly define the business roadmap, breakthrough strategies, product portfolio priorities, channel strategy and channel management activities and competitive landscape.
- Drive the continuous transformation of the business from providers of products and solutions to a leading software industrial business in their respective markets.
- Ensure cross functional coordination for business to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue commitments.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Job Site: Atlanta, GA
40 hours/week
Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field and eight (8) years of business leadership experience.
Must possess two (2) years of experience in the following: ability to define the organization’s vision; and set and manage expectations; establishing annual operating plans; virtually coordinating global teams; sales or business development experience; and leading results-oriented, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, diverse, matrixed environment.
Up to 25% international and domestic travel required.
Telecommuting permitted.
